It’s very bright and shiny in here. Good food, buffet style, choice of hot pot or BBQ for the whole table, or both for an extra $5. I loved the sauces and toppings for the meat as well as the sesame mochi balls filled with RED BEAN PASTE my favorite. Everyone here was so friendly, and our server Destiny was super attentive and helpful, as well as super sweet. Great upbeat vibe in this place. Also its BYOB as of 9/30/25.

We had an incredible experience at KPot Whitehall! The food was absolutely delicious, with high-quality meats for the BBQ and a fantastic selection for the hot pot. But what really made our visit special was the staff—everyone was so attentive, friendly, and quick, making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant itself has a great, lively ambiance that was perfect for our meal. Everything was top-notch, and we will definitely be back soon!

I recently checked out KPOT, and let me tell you, the vibes are immaculate . The atmosphere is so lively, making it the perfect spot for a fun night out with friends. Seriously though, the best server ever, Wendy, made the whole experience so amazing! The music was on point too, keeping the energy high while I cooked up some delicious food . From end-to-end, the experience was a home run. The food was exceptional — fresh, flavorful, and delivered with the kind of consistency that keeps you coming back. Every dish hit the mark. Hannah elevated the entire visit. She was attentive without hovering, kept everything moving efficiently, and made sure we had exactly what we needed throughout the meal. Strong service leadership on her part. Overall, KPOT delivered on both quality and experience. Highly recommended.

One of the best places I've gone to eat so far. Our server Wendy was amazing with explaining the process from how to order and cook our food. Always came to check up on us at regular intervals for refills or any questions we had, even brought us samples of the broth to try. The herbal broth is now my new favorite. The food quality was great, especially the pork cheek. Another new favorite. The milk tea came in adorable buckets and were a good size. The price may seem a bit high for some but the quality of the food is there to justify it. Left full and satisfied.

I’ve gone here 4 times now and every time has been wonderful. The customer service is good and the staff is very nice. They have many different broth flavors and the spicy ones are the perfect level of spice. Everything is so good and fresh. You order each round of food on a ipad it is very simple and easy. They have milk and fruit teas which are a huge bonus for me. The last time I went our server Wendy was great and gave our party free tote bags! Can’t wait to go back for my birthday.

Food was amazing, the pork was definitely a favorite in terms of flavor. Lots of food options, and their mussels were so meaty and tasty. Our server Drexie was super sweet, great with pre-bussing our table, and just an overall amazing server. They also had an appetizer table and an ice cream section that I thought was really cool. Drinks are super yummy as well. 10/10 dining experience will definitely be here again.

Absolutely amazing! Never had a K-Pot before or knew what it was. All the staff were very welcoming and super helpful with figuring everything out with ordering and all the food they have to offer! Our server Riri was absolutely fantastic and on top of it all.
